Respondent NO.2/Defacto Complainant Prayer :- Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records pertaining to the Charge Sheet in S.C.No.27 of 2019 pending before the Hon'ble Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai and quash the same as illegal. ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dt.26.06.2019 and requisition letter submitted by the Principal District & Sessions Judge (FAC), Sivagangai, in D.No.10751/2021 dated 30.11.2021 and this Court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.27 of 2019. 2.

This Court has already dismissed as withdrawn the Criminal Original Petition, by the order, dated 26.06.2019 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in S.C.No.27 of 2019, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now, the Court below requests further time of three months to dispose of the said case.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter dated 30.11.2021, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for disposing the case in S.C.No.27 of 2019.
