ORDER

The present petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 20.01.2025 and to issue No Objection Certificate (NOC) for running Spa massage centre at 21, SS Street, Puliyur, Karur in the name and style of "Grenns Ayurvedic SPA Centre" by the petitioner after inspecting the premises in accordance with law.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that they have received the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.01.2025 and no sufficient documents have been enclosed in the representation of the petitioner and they also ready to consider the representation after receipt of the required documents. 2/4

4. In view of the same, it is appropriate to direct the petitioner to appear before the second respondent on 13.02.2025 with required documents and thereafter, the second respondent is directed to dispose the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.01.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 15 days.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
