ORDER

The petition is filed to quash the proceedings in A5/MC2/2014 dated 23.10.2014 on the file of the Sub Divisional Magistrate-cumRevenue Divisional Officer, Tirunelveli. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C. has already been completed and the same was closed.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
