ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the respondents 4 to 6 is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner has given a representation dated 18.09.2022 to the respondents 1 to 3. He wants it to be expeditiously considered. 3.No exception can be taken to the said request. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall put the interested persons including the respondents 4 to 6 herein on notice before passing final order. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. 2/4
