O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.01.2026 and to register the proposed sale deed in respect of the petitioner's property.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that when the petitioner presented a sale deed for registration, the respondent refused to register the same. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that since no document was produced, they are not in a position to register the document. 2/4

5. In view of the above, in the event if any document is produced by the petitioner for registration, the respondent is directed to register the said document, if it is otherwise in order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
