This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the Contemnors / Respondents for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P(MD)No.15800 of 2024 dated 15.07.2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today (13.06.2025), learned Government Advocate submitted that the order of this Court was complied and a proceedings dated 26.02.2021 was also passed by the respondent. A copy of the order has also been furnished to the petitioner.
