ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent herein, wherein the request of the petitioner to review the order dated 31.05.2023 has been rejected, on the sole ground that the second respondent does not have any powers to review the order.

2. The second respondent passed an order on 31.05.2023 rejecting the complaint lodged by the writ petitioner. Challenging the same, the petitioner has preferred W.P(MD).No.25560 of 2023. This Court by an order dated 18.11.2025 has dismissed the writ petition. Thereafter, the petitioner again approached the second respondent seeking to review the order dated 31.05.2023, which has been rejected under the impugned order.

3. A perusal of the impugned order reveals that it has been rejected on the sole ground that the second respondent does not have any powers to review the order.

4. This Court does not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order. In case, if the petitioner is having any fresh materials, it is open to him to ventilate his grievances in the manner known to law.

5. With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 04.02.2026 TTA TO
