Respondent PRAYER: This Civil Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 r/w 401, 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records relating to the order dated 28.10.2021 made in M.C.No.46 of 2017 on the file of the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli and enhance the maintenance amount awarded to the petitioner.
For Petitioners : Mr.R.Gandhi For Respondent : Mr.K.Arunraj COMMON ORDER Crl.R.C.(MD).No.132 of 2022 has been filed against the order that has been passed by the Sessions Judge, Family Court, Trichy, dated 28.10.2021 made in M.C.No.46 of 2017 and Crl.R.C.(MD).No.284 of 2022 has been filed seeking enhancement of monthly maintenance passed in the above said order.
2.Pending revisions the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench. In the Mediation Centre, there was an agreement between the parties. In view of the same, terms of 2/4
compromise has been arrived. As per the terms of compromise the entire amount has been settled by the petitioner and the respondent/wife has received the same.
3.In view of the above said settlement, these criminal revision petitions are disposed of by recording the terms of compromise. The terms of compromise entered between the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre shall form part and parcel of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
