O R D E R

This direction petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members based on the petitioner's representations dated 01.11.2015 and 04.11.2015. 2.The petitioner seeks police protection to his life and limb through representations dated 01.11.2015 and 04.11.2015 respectively. Now, 3-1/2 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.

3.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
