ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition, praying to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2015 and to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and liberty and her properties within the time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

submit that they would give police protection only to the life and limb of the petitioner.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), the 2nd respondent police is directed to give police protection only to the life and limb of the petitioner. 5.With the above said direction, the criminal original petition is ordered.
