Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the first respondent police to transfer the investigation pending on the file of the second respondent police in Crime No.2074 of 2020 and Crime No.2076 of 2020 to any other investigating agency on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2021.

ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the first respondent police to transfer the investigation pending on the file of the second respondent police in Crime No.2074 of 2020 and Crime No.2076 of 2020 to any other investigating agency on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2021. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though grievous injuries have been sustained by the father of the petitioner, appropriate penal provision has not been made in the First Information Report and investigation has not been conducted in a proper manner by the investigating officer. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that now the new investigating officer has taken charge and the investigation is going on in a right way. He would request that direction may be issued to the present Investigating Officer, namely the second respondent herein to complete the investigation within the stipulated period.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2640 of 2021 Original Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation in both Crime Nos. 2074 of 2020 and 2076 of 2020 and file Final Report before the concerned Court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing Final Report, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry of this Court.
