For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 498(A), 294(b) of IPC and Section 4 of D.P.Act, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The defacto complainant has married the first petitioner herein and it was the first petitioner after the birth of child demanded dowry. Hence the defacto complainant has given complaint to the respondent police to advise the petitioner to reunite her with her husband.

3. On reading the complaint, this Court finds that the defacto complainant and the first respondent got married on 16.06.2017 and they gave birth to female child on 05.08.2018. After child birth the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.2648 of 2020 petitioners herein who are the in-laws of the defacto complainant had started torturing the defacto complainant for additional dowry and the first petitioner is deserting the wife and his child. The petitioners herein stated that the defacto complainant has left the matrimonial house on her own and the first petitioner has also field HMOP No.1303 of 2019 before the Family Court, Madurai for divorce on the ground of harassment.

4. This Court finds that interim protection was grant by this Court. The parties are directed to amicably settle the issues and yield necessary results and the petitioners have not cooperated for enquiry.
