PRAYER:- For Bail in Crime No.19 of 2023 on the file of the respondent herein. ORDER:- The Court made the following order:- The petitioner is Accused No.2, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.01.2023, for the offences punishable under Section 8(C) r/w 1/3

20(b)(ii)(B), 22(c) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985 in C.C.No.44 of 2023 in Crime No.19 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that based on the secret information, the respondent police conducted check up in Thirukkattuppalli bus stop. At that time, the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 1250 grams of DIAZEPAM powder. Hence the case.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that charge sheet has been filed before the Special Court for E.C., Act Cases, Thanjavur and taken cognizance in C.C.No.44 of 2023.

4. In view of the above submission, let the petitioner approach the concerned Court for bail, without approaching this Court repeatedly.
