O R D E R
This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to cut and remove the tilted tamarind tree adjacent to the petitioner's dwelling house situated at No.9/78, Harijan Street, Pillapalayam Village, Lalapettai, Karur District.
2. The petitioner has made a representation on 10.09.2025 seeking to remove the tilted tamarind tree adjacent to his dwelling house situated at No.9/78, Harijan Street, Pillapalayam Village, Lalapettai, Karur District. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the marriage of the petitioner's son has been fixed on 15.02.2026. Hence, he prays for appropriate orders.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 10.09.2025 would be considered in accordance with law. 2/4

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and since the marriage of the petitioner's son has been fixed on 15.02.2026, and in order to avoid any untoward incident, this Court directs respondents 2 and 3 to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 10.09.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
