ORDER
This petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12664 of 2021, dated 02.09.2021.
2. By the order dated 02.09.2021, this Court has directed the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 22.02.2022, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that as per the order of this Court, dated 02.09.2021, the respondent police has completed the investigation and filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai and RCS notice was also sent to the petitioner through post.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 16.03.2022, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that since the petitioner has refused to receive the RCS notice, it has been pasted in the house of the petitioner.
5. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the photograph with regard to the notice pasted on the compound wall.
6. Since order that has been passed by this Court dated 02.09.2021, order has been complied by the respondent, this petition has become infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings before the concerned Court.
7. With the above liberty, this Contempt Petition is disposed of.
