ORDER
Heard the learned Counsel on either side.
2. The respondent is directed to pass order on the petition mentioned application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the respondent to pass order one way or the other. Interested persons shall be put on notice before passing final order. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
