CRL OP(MD)Nos.2626 and 2627 of 2021 ORDER : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of the petitioner not appearing either in person or by an advocate and of MR.N.VALLINAYAGAM, Advocate for the Respondents 1 to 10 and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crimal Side)on behalf of the 11th Respondents, the court made the following order:- COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed under Sections 439(2) r/w. 482 Cr.P.C., to Cancel the Anticipatory bail granted in favour of the Respondents 1 to 10 /accused 1 to 10 in Crl. M. P. Nos. 294 and 293 /2021 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai dated 21.01.2021 in connection with Crime Nos. 2076 and 2074/2020.

2. Today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that already investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.122 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Usilampatti.

4. In view of the said submission, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
