This petition is filed to direct the first respondent police to transfer the investigation in Crime No.58 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent to any other competent police officer. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.58 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent has been completed and the complaint has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact'.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the second respondent is directed to serve RCS notice to the petitioner. The petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint before the appropriate forum within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
