ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

2.Mr.R.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would contend that the complaint lodged by the 1/3

fourth respondent with the third respondent was registered in Current Petition No.G3/1912/105/2021 and posted for enquiry. 3.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to follow the guidelines issued in the decisions in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610 and Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others [2013 (6) CTC 353].
