Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 406, 420 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No. Not Known of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

3. The learned Government Advocate states that an earlier complaint given against the petitioners was closed based on the undertaking give by the petitioners herein. CRL OP(MD). No.2635 of 2020 registered against them. The Government Advocate states that they have not received any complaint against the petitioner. 4.If the respondent intends to register a First Information Report against the petitioner, the respondent will issue notice to the petitioners, so that they will have a breathing time to move this Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. 5.With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
