ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 253 days in representing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that the 1st respondent has got no objection and also considering the long delay in representation, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 253 days, however, with costs.
