This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.133 of 2022 dated 13.03.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the Respondent would submit that already the respondent police have completed the investigation and filed a final report before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Pattukottai on 06.02.2025.

3. In view of the above said submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Criminal Original Petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. No costs.
