ORDER

This quash petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.468 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and a charge sheet is yet to be filed by the first respondent.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. However, the first respondent is directed to file a charge sheet, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
