This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.10 imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.625 of 2024 dated 24.01.2024 that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Magistrate-I, Nagercoil, daily at 10.30 a.m, for a period of one month by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is aged about 54 years old and he is a diabetes patient. Furhter, he is working in local jurisdiction of the respondent police. Since he has to travel 2 hours from their residence, he is not in a position to comply with the said condition. Hence, he approached this Court seeking above said modification.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no serious objection to modify the condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.625 of 2024 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai, 2/4

dated 24.01.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
