No.23158 of 2016 dated 09.12.2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.

M.SURESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.Kandasamy, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.A report dated 08.02.2017 received from Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi, reveals the fact that the petitioners 1 and to 4 surrendered before the concerned Court on 29.12.2016 and the 5th petitioner surrendered on 03.01.2017 and they are complying with the conditions regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that investigation is completed and charge sheet was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi but not taken on file.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
