PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the 2nd Respondent to give adequate Police protection for the life and limb of the Petitioner having tenancy patta and his family members for entering into his lease property comprised in Survey No.39/2B, and Survey No.30/2, situated at Veerapanchan Village, Madurai District, based on the complaint dated 06.10.2020.
