The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner had filed this Criminal Original Petition seeking direction against the second Respondent not to interfere with the dispute under the guise enquiry on the basis of the Petitioner's representation on 23.01.2024. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions of the second Respondent, would submit that based on the complaint of the third Respondent, CSR.No.790 of 2023 was registered. When enquiry was held, the second Respondent had received the online complaint from the Petitioner. Therefore, both of them taken together and after conducting enquiry, both CSR.No.790 of 2023 as well as the online complaint were closed.
