The criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he is a Contractor of TWAD Board, Nagercoil Municipal Corporation, in which the third respondent is the Sub Contractor. Now, based on the complaint https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

given by the third respondent, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that earlier the third respondent has given a complaint against the petitioner and now after enquiry, the complaint given by the third respondent has been closed as civil in nature.

4. Considering the fact that already the complaint given by the third respondent has been enquired into and closed as civil in nature, no further order is required in this petition.
