Prayer in Crl.RC(MD)No.666 of 2021:- Criminal Revision has been filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Criminal Procedure Code, to set aside the impugned "Condition No.3" made in the impugned order, dated 26.08.2021 in Cr.M.P.No.1576 of 2021 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram and consequently to direct the 1st respondent to return the petitioner's vehicle, namely JCB vehicle, bearing Registration No.TN-65-AX-1854 to the petitioner forthwith.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.Anbarasu, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/s.M.Aasha, Government Advocate (Crl Side) for the respondents, this Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking extension of time for the order passed by this Court in Crl.R.C(MD) No.666 of 2021, dated 22.09.2021.

2.Heard the learned Counsel on both sides.

3.Considering the submission, time granted by this Court vide order dated 22.09.2021, made in Crl.R.C(MD)No.666 of 2021, is extended till 20.04.2022, failing which the petition stands dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court. 4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
