ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.219 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Additional Mahila Court), Madurai District.

2.When the matter was posted for admission, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Even thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioners has not taken any steps to list the matter for admission. The matter is pending for more than 4-1/2 years, without admitting and without directing the notice. 3.It clearly shows that the petitioners has no interest to proceed with the case. At this stage, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
