Pleased to set aside the Fair and Decretal order dated 15.12.2022 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in I.A.No. 482 of 2019 in O.S.No. 3 of 2019 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Karur and allow the present Civil Revision Petition. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.BALAJI, Advocate for the petitioner,the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present application has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the fair and decreetal order dated 15.12.2022 passed in I.A.No. 1 of 2022 in I.A.No. 482 of 2019 in O.S.No. 3 of 2019 on the file of the Principal District Court, Karur. However,the same is now available. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
