ORDER

The petitioner approaches this Court with a prayer to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner in any manner in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the opposite party/third respondent, has instituted a civil suit in O.S.No.296 of 2010 on the file of the Court of District Munsif, Ambasamuthram, for the relief of permanent injunction, has simultaneously chose to lodge a false complaint on the file of the second respondent and the second respondent under the guise of enquiry is harassing him.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint given by the opposite party namely Mahaideen Pitchai, was duly enquired into and closed as "Civil in Nature". In the light of the said development, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
