The learned Principal District Judge, Madurai, has sent a letter in D.No.715/2026 dated 28.01.2026, requesting an extension of time to dispose the case in O.S.Nos.458 of 2022 & 483 of 2022, O.S.No.50 of 2023 and O.S.No.236 of 2023, pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 08.03.2023 in Tr.CMP.(MD).No.70 of 2023.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Principal District Judge, Madurai, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, six months time is granted for disposing the case in O.S.Nos.458 of 2022 & 483 of 2022, O.S.No.50 of 2023 and O.S.No.236 of 2023 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
