Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court in the Criminal Original Petition from 20.11.2016 onwards.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition is relaxed.
