O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. The grievance of the petitioners is that based on the complaint given by the third respondent / daughter-in-law of the first petitioner, the second respondent Police directed the petitioners to appear for enquiry and thereby harassing them.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the complaint has been enquired and after the enquiry, the same was closed by the second respondent Police. 4. Recording the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), the Criminal Original Petition

stands dismissed as no further orders are required to be passed in this Criminal Original Petition.
