ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b) and 307 of IPC, in Crime No.12 of 2019, seek anticipatory bail.
2. Heard both sides.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that even as per the FIR, on 14.01.2019, at about 5.30 p.m, due to civil dispute, the petitioners thrown acid on the two children of the defacto complainant and caused injuries. He further https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
submitted that the petitioners have stopped the construction in the disputed land and they decided to measure the disputed land and also paid the amount for measuring the boundary line in disputed land. He further submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has submitted that the petitioners thrown acid on the two children of the defacto complainant and caused injuries. Hence, he strongly opposed this petition.
5.The allegation against the petitioners is that they have thrown acid on the two children of the defacto complainant and caused injuries. Taking into consideration of the said allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
6. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
