RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed in order in Crl OP(MD)No.2144 of 2021 dated 11.02.2021, by directing the petitioner to report before the Sivagiri Police Station, Tenkasi District or any other police station, instead of respondent police station. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.INDRACHITHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.

2144 of 2021 on 11.02.2021. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.2144 of 2021, but he was unable to execute the sureties and to report before the respondent Police. He further submitted that rival group party are residing nearby police station and hence, the petitioner is under life threat. Hence, he prayed for modification of the said condition.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

CRL MP(MD) No.1433 of 2021 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.2144 of 2021 on 11.02.2021 is relaxed.
