Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are the accused 1 to 10, pray for the grand of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 448, 294(b) and 506(ii) I.P.C. and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.252 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.
2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioners have attacked the de-facto complainant and threatened with dire consequences and also caused damage to his two wheeler.
3. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that no one sustained injury in this case and this is a case of case in counter.
4. On consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made, this Court is of the view that the petitioners can be granted the relief prayed for and accordingly. (a) In the event of arrest by or on appearance before the respondent police;

the order, (i) the petitioners shall be enlarged on bail on each of them executing a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to their satisfaction; (ii) the petitioners shall be available for interrogation by the respondent police as and when required.
