ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tiruneveli, Tirunelveli District to complete the trial in C.C.No.604 of 2010.
2.The grievance of the petitioners is that the petitioners are the accused in C.C.No.604 of 2010 and they have been charged with for the offences under Sections 10 and 24 of Emigration Act 1983 and Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Even though, when the matter was taken cognizance in the year 2010, there was no progress in the trial and pending. In the above circumstances, the petitioner has filed this present petiton seeking for early completion of the trial in C.C.No.604 of 2010.
3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent would submit that already the trial has commenced, by the learned Judicial Magistrate, and the matter is posted on 04.07.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the case is pending from the year 2010, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli District, is directed to complete the trial and dispose of the case, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.The Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with the above directions.
