O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to instruct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and her three sons.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's husband has been implicated as an accused in a criminal case under N.D.P.S. Act and he has also been arrested. After arrest, during investigation, a search was made in the petitioner's house and under the guise of investigation, the third respondent is harassing the petitioner. Hence, she has filed the present criminal original petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions

would submit that the petitioner's husband involved in a criminal case under N.D.P.S. Act and he was also arrested. Subsequently, during the investigation, the third respondent made a search in the petitioner's house and they are not harassing the petitioner.

4. Considering the fact that the third respondent police only conducting investigation and made a search in the petitioner's house, the respondents are directed to proceed further with the investigation and during the course of investigation, the respondents are directed not to harass the petitioner.

5. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
