ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested by the respondent police on 02.09.2015 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 324, 326, 307 and 302 I.P.C. in execution of the Nonbailable warrant issued in P.R.C.No.40 of 2008 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pavanasam, Thanjavur.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to the non-appearance of the petitioner before the trail Court, the trial Court has issued the Non-Bailable Warrant and in execution of NonBailable Warrant, the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.09.2015.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 02.09.2015, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on

bail and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pavanasam, Thanjavur and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court in all future hearings without fail.
