PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to remove the 5th respondent name in Patta No.2381 in respect of the property in Survey No. 1127/1B to the extent of 0.27.5 Hectares situated at Sivalarkulam Village, Alangulam Taluk, Tenkasi District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 31.12.2019 and 04.02.2020.

ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to remove the name of the fifth respondent in Patta No.2381 in respect of the property in S.No.1127/1B, measuring an extent of 0.27.5 hectares situated at Sivalarkulam Village, Alangulam Taluk, Tenkasi District by considering the petitioner's representations dated 31.12.2019 and 04.02.2020.

2.When the matter came up, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4 has produced a communication received from the third respondent, wherein they have stated that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and rejected. Further, the petitioner has also filed a civil suit O.S.No.11 of 2020 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Tenkasi District.

3.The petitioner would submit that he has not received a copy of the rejection order.

4.In the light of the above, nothing survives for further consideration in the above writ petition and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The third respondent is directed to serve a copy of the rejection order forthwith on the petitioner. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
