PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.not known of 2019 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 420 I.P.C, in Crime No.not known of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Today, When this matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on 27.05.2019, a complaint was lodged against him in Thanthondrimalai Police Station, Karur District and hence, the Police is frequently calling him. He further submitted that the petitioner is working in a Government Office as a Watchman. Hence, he is unable to attend the enquiries. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.
