Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry without due process of law.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry without due process of law.

2. The allegation made by the petitioner is that during enquiry the passport of the petitioner has been impounded and it is not returned.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded. He would also submit that the respondent has not impounded the passport of the petitioner.

4. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
