ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.351 of 2025, dated 09.01.2025.

2. Mr.RL.Dhilipan Pandian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3. Mr.K. Sanjay Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, submitted that the petitioners had complied with the condition from 12.01.2025 to 06.02.2025 without any violation.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in the said criminal original petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and condition No.6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).no.351 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025 is hereby fully relaxed. The other conditions shall hold good.
