PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.7/2019 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 498(A), 406 and 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.7 of 2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and hence, he prayed for anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State has submitted that the investigation is still pending. Hence, he opposed this petition.

4.This Court is of the view that already anticipatory bail was granted to these petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6600 of 2019 and as such this petition is not maintainable before this Court.
