Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus, to direct the second respondent to release the original sale deed dated 19.06.1996 vide registered document No.5355 of 1996, registered before the Sub-Registrar Office, Parasala, Kerala State and to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2022.

The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the second respondent to release the original sale deed dated 19.06.1996 vide registered document No.5355 of 1996, registered before the SubRegistrar Office, Parasala, Kerala State and to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the second respondent has already produced the original sale deed before the concerned Judical Magistrate, which is lying on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli, in pursuant to the registration of Crime No.23 of 2003.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be considered. However, the petitioner is at liberty to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
