Respondents PRAYER : This Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur/ Special Court under Schedule Castes and Scheduled Tribes Prevention of Atrocities Act 1989 to taken on file of the petitioner's petition filed under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., dated 22.03.2019 and forwarded to the 1st respondent for registering a case. ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

3.This petition having been posted on 19.07.2019 for being mentioned, in pursuance to the order of this court dated 27.06.2019 and made herein the presence of the above said Advocate this court made the following order (*) Today, when the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned", the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the original private complaint, which was filed along with the typed set of papers filed in this Criminal Original Petition may be returned to him.

2.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Registry is directed to return the original private complaint filed by the petitioner, after substituting the same with a photocopy.
