ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai to receive the application filed by the petitioner.

2. The petitioner filed a petition under Section 306(1) of Cr.P.C before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai, however, it was returned for want of compliance. Though the petitioner completed the corrections and represented the same, the learned Magistrate refused to receive the application.

3. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to represent the petition within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai is directed to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
