PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to provide adequate Police Protection to the Petitioner's life and limb with the peaceful enjoyment of the Petitioner's property comprised in Survey No.95/4B, Patta No.122, Situated at Neiveli South, Orathandu Taluk, Thanjavur District, from the Respondents 3 to 5, based on the representation dated 08.02.2022.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to provide adequate Police Protection to the Petitioner's life and limb with the peaceful enjoyment of the Petitioner's property comprised in Survey No.95/4B, Patta No.122, Situated at Neiveli South, Orathandu Taluk, Thanjavur District, from the respondents 3 to 5, based on the representation dated 08.02.2022.

2. It seems that the petitioner owned land in Survey No.95/4B, Patta No.122, Situated at Neiveli South, Orathandu Taluk, Thanjavur District. There exists a dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5 herein respect of the property. According to the same, in pursuance to the same, the respondents 3 to 5 illegally trespassed into the petitioner's property, abused him using unparliamentary words and also threatened with dire consequences on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

25.01.2022. The petitioner has not lodged complaint on that day but he has sent the complaint through RPAD on 08.02.2022.

3. The dispute seems to be civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5, hence the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.
